What You Need to Know About the Evaluation Toolkit Redesign

A much improved Financial Education Evaluation Toolkit site will be launched in June. We will be adding National Surveys, HSFPP module assessment questions, and several hundred new questions that align with Jump$tart’s national standards in K-12 personal finance education. There will be various question types and formats available to fit the needs of educators and learners of all ages. The site will be easy to use and allow you to quickly create effective assessments and evaluations.

With the launch of the new site, you will not be able to access your current evaluations after June.

What do you need to do with your current evaluations by May 25, 2018? You have several options:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your My Evaluations page. Click on the “Generate PDF” button and save the PDF to your desktop or print it out.
  2. Example of how to generate a PDF file

  3. Log in to your account and go to your My Evaluations page. Click on the “Export Results” button and save the Excel file to your desktop or print it out.

  5. View your deleted evaluations to make sure they are not needed anymore. Click on the “View deleted evaluations” link to be taken to your My Deleted Evaluations page. Click on Undelete Evaluation and it will go back to your My Evaluations page, then follow steps 1 or 2 above.

  7. If you no longer want your evaluations, you don’t need to do anything. They will automatically be deleted this June. In June, come back and create new evaluations! The new redesigned Toolkit will make it easier for you to design and build evaluations.
